Content built around ERP information
Ready analytics cover materials, sales, orders, accounting and production. They provide a starting point for reducing repeated exports and manual combinations. The ERP in use and the scope of its available models determine that starting point.
Excel within a shared reporting structure
The product offers access to reports, dashboards and folders through Excel, web and mobile. This helps different users work within a common reporting structure. An independent change in a local workbook remains different from changing the central report definition.
Custom tables and visual dashboards
User-defined tables and other accessible sources can join the analysis. Drag-and-drop dashboard design presents the measures visually. Where source systems use different customer or product keys, the model must reconcile them to avoid counting a transaction twice.
Refreshing and distributing reports
Scheduled tasks support report refresh and distribution, while dashboards can be shared through time-limited links. The visible detail and refresh time belong in the report design, especially when information is shared outside the company.
How it differs from Edge BI
Navigator emphasises ERP models and working environments including Excel. Edge BI offers visual exploration built on Qlik Sense. If Navigator meets the reporting requirement, additional charts alone may not justify a separate analytics setup.
Make the report’s contents clear
We define how orders, despatches, returns and cancellations enter the report. Existing models are checked against the ERP and custom fields, and totals are compared with source records. Refresh and sharing arrangements are part of setup.
